Ann Kragenbring, MSW, LICSW
Experience: I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including: sexual assault programming and services; in-home family counseling; pre-and post-natal counseling; perinatal and neonatal grief counseling; child and adolescent outpatient therapy; school social work and school-based mental health collaborative initiatives. I enjoy providing services in multidisciplinary settings and meeting people in their environments to better understand their world context.
Counseling philosophy: I believe the presence I bring to relationships Is crucial and I strive to maintain mindfulness and build relationships through trust.
Lynn Overvoorde, MSW, LICSW
Experience: I work with children and their families. I have significant experience with play therapy and sand tray therapy, and I am trained in leading Parenting Through Change groups. Before joining this agency in 2004, I had worked as a school therapist in Oakland, CA, and I have taught in the social work department at St Olaf College. I enjoy being outdoors and participating in nearly any outdoor activity. I also enjoy reading and being with my family.
Counseling philosophy: I believe that the effectiveness of therapy is in the relationship between the client and the therapist.
Pam Cleary, MSW, LICSW
Experience: I work with children, adolescents, and adult. I greatly enjoy perinatal and early childhood work. I have many years of medical social work experience, and have worked extensively in the Minneapolis Latino community for the past 15 years. I love to travel and look forward to introducing my son to the work of backpack traveling.
Counseling Philosophy: I believe that each and every one of us has a multitude of gifts to offer ourselves and each other, regardless of age or circumstance. Some are opened and out on display; others are wrapped tightly waiting to be presented.

Experience: I have worked with children, adolescents and their families in pediatric outpatient settings, schools and community organizations. I have experience working with explosive children, grief and loss issues, and children with disabilities and their families.I have also developed sibling and grandparent support programs for PACER, an advocacy organization for people with disabilities.
Counseling philosophy: My therapeutic work with clients is based on my belief that mental health is not just the absence of mental illness but also having the skills to navigate life's challenges and to build resiliency.
